Are my images uploaded somewhere?
No. All compression runs inside your browser via the Canvas API. Your files never touch our servers.
What's the maximum file size?
Free accounts: 5 MB per image, 10 images per batch. Pro lifts that to 100 MB per file, unlimited batch size.
Is the compression lossless?
The browser tool uses smart lossy compression, which gives the biggest size savings. Pro users can toggle a lossless mode for PNG and WebP.
Can I cancel Pro anytime?
Yes - manage or cancel your subscription any time through the Stripe customer portal link in your confirmation email.
Do you offer refunds?
If you're unhappy within the first 14 days, contact us and we'll refund you in full.
