1. License & Usage

Caitty grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Melokey for personal, educational, and non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

2. Intellectual Property

All software code, visual designs, graphic assets, arrangement notation, audio algorithms, and brand trademarks are the intellectual property of Caitty. Classic musical compositions featured in the app are in the public domain, but their specific digital arrangements and interactive visual representations remain proprietary.

3. In-App Advertising & Unlocks

The Android version of Melokey includes optional rewarded video and interstitial advertisements. The current iOS release does not include third-party advertising. Rewarded ads provide temporary or permanent access to specific songs or academy lessons as indicated in the app. Caitty reserves the right to modify the availability of lessons, songs, or unlock criteria at any time.

4. VIP Membership & Billing

VIP unlocks all bundled songs, advanced Academy lessons and direct performance video export. Android offers weekly VIP at US$0.99 per week, monthly VIP at US$2.99 per month, yearly VIP at US$29.99 per year, and lifetime VIP at US$39.99 as a one-time purchase. These are US prices; the store displays your regional currency, applicable taxes and final price before checkout. Plan availability depends on your app version and store. The current iOS release offers Lifetime VIP; additional plans will be offered in a later update.

Weekly, monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically at the displayed recurring price until canceled. Payments and renewal timing are managed by your store. Cancel before your next renewal through Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, or your Apple Account > Subscriptions. Cancellation stops future renewal; access continues through the paid period. Expired or revoked subscriptions no longer provide VIP access. Lifetime access has no recurring charge.

Restore Purchases in Settings checks active subscriptions and lifetime purchases using the same store account. Apple and Google purchases do not transfer between stores. Buying lifetime access does not automatically cancel an existing store subscription; cancel an existing recurring plan in your store account to prevent future charges. Refund requests are handled by the store under its applicable refund policy. Existing verified lifetime owners retain lifetime access.

Apple purchases are also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. These terms do not limit your statutory consumer rights.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Melokey is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
