Welcome to Nexlyn: AI Coworkers ("Nexlyn", "the App"), developed and published by Caitty ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Nexlyn, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Fictional Entertainment Disclaimer

Nexlyn is a workplace simulation and entertainment app built around a fictional company and fictional AI characters. All coworkers, roles, departments, org charts, channels, DMs, calls, and conversations are entirely fictional and generated by artificial intelligence.

Nexlyn is not connected to your real employer, work email, calendar, or real-world coworkers, and is not affiliated with Microsoft Teams or any real corporation. Replies from AI coworkers are generated algorithmically and must not be interpreted as professional, legal, medical, or career advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to download and use Nexlyn. Minors under 18 must have parental or legal guardian consent before making any in-app purchases.

3. Virtual Currency (Stars) & Subscriptions

• Stars: Stars are a virtual in-app currency used for sending chat messages, starting voice calls, or hiring custom AI coworkers. Stars can be earned free via daily check-in bonuses and rewarded ads, or purchased via Star Packs. Stars have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for real currency.
• Premium Subscription: Nexlyn offers an auto-renewing Premium subscription that adds monthly Star allocations and removes banner, interstitial, and app-open ads. Payment is charged to your Apple Account or Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal & Cancellation: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID or Google Play Store account settings.
• Refund Policy: All transactions are processed through the App Store or Google Play. Refund requests are subject to Apple or Google policies and must be requested directly through the respective platform store.

4. User Conduct & Content Moderation

You agree to use Nexlyn responsibly and not to use the app to generate, promote, or distribute illegal, abusive, harassing, or sexually explicit material. Every message in Nexlyn includes an in-app report control allowing you to report objectionable or inappropriate AI-generated content for moderation review.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within Nexlyn, including software, design, graphics, branding, app icons, and AI coworker profiles, is owned by Caitty or licensed to us. You may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, or modify any portion of the App without express written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Caitty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App, or reliance on any AI-generated responses.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Nexlyn after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
