By downloading, accessing, or using Create My Girlfriend, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Content Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Create My Girlfriend is provided by Caitty as an entertainment product for creating and chatting with fictional AI companions.
2. Entertainment Use Only
The app generates fictional characters, images, and AI chat replies. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or offensive. The app does not provide medical, legal, financial, psychological, relationship, safety, or professional advice. You are responsible for how you use the app and for evaluating any AI-generated content before relying on it.
3. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You must be legally allowed to use the app in your location. If the app is made available to minors in a platform store, use must still follow store rules, local laws, and guardian requirements. You are responsible for activity on your device, your prompts, your generated characters, and any content you choose to save or share.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Create My Girlfriend to create, request, store, or distribute content that is illegal, exploitative, abusive, threatening, harassing, hateful, non-consensual, or otherwise prohibited by the Content Guidelines. You also agree not to reverse engineer the app, abuse backend services, bypass usage limits, interfere with billing systems, scrape data, or use automation to overload the service.
The app is designed for fictional characters. Do not use it to impersonate real people without permission, deceive others, create non-consensual intimate content, exploit minors, or generate content that violates the privacy or rights of another person.
5. Subscriptions, Purchases, and Billing
Create My Girlfriend may offer subscriptions or other paid features. Purchases are handled through the app store platform where you downloaded the app. Pricing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and billing support are governed by the applicable store's policies. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple or Google account settings.
Paid features may change over time. We may add, remove, or adjust features, model providers, usage limits, generation quality, or availability when needed for cost, safety, reliability, or legal reasons.
6. User Content and AI Output
You are responsible for prompts, character settings, names, descriptions, uploaded references, saved messages, and other content you provide. AI output is generated from your inputs and model behavior. We may use automated and manual systems to prevent abuse, enforce rules, troubleshoot issues, and protect the service.
Subject to these terms and applicable law, you may use your generated fictional content for personal entertainment. You must make sure your use does not violate another person's rights, platform rules, or local law.
7. Service Availability
We work to keep the app available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI providers, network conditions, app store systems, device settings, moderation systems, or backend maintenance may affect availability. We may suspend or limit access when needed to protect users, comply with law, enforce rules, or prevent misuse.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Create My Girlfriend if we believe you violated these terms, the Content Guidelines, platform rules, or applicable law. You may stop using the app at any time. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a subscription; subscription cancellation must be handled through the app store account used for purchase.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Create My Girlfriend is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent allowed by law, Caitty disclaims warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Caitty is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
