1. Core Principle
Use Create My Girlfriend to make fictional AI companions, explore creative personalities, and enjoy safe entertainment. The app should not be used to exploit real people, deceive others, produce illegal content, or create content that harms, threatens, harasses, or sexualizes people without consent.
2. Allowed Creative Uses
- Creating original fictional adult characters with imagined names, personalities, backstories, styles, hobbies, and conversation preferences.
- Generating safe profile images for fictional characters where prompts do not target a private person or exploit a real person's likeness.
- Having entertainment conversations, roleplay, daily check-ins, fictional storytelling, and light creative writing.
- Editing or deleting your own fictional characters when you want to change their tone, appearance, or personality.
3. Real People and Likeness Restrictions
Do not use Create My Girlfriend to impersonate, sexualize, defame, harass, or misrepresent a real person. This includes celebrities, public figures, classmates, coworkers, family members, private individuals, and people you know online. Do not upload or describe a real person's likeness for non-consensual romantic or sexual roleplay.
If you create a character inspired by a general archetype, keep it clearly fictional. Use original names, original details, and avoid claiming that the character is a real person or endorsed by a real person.
4. Prohibited Sexual and Exploitative Content
- No sexual content involving minors or anyone described as under 18.
- No requests to make a character appear underage in a sexual or romantic context.
- No non-consensual intimate content, coercion, exploitation, blackmail, or abuse.
- No sexualized content based on real people without clear permission.
- No content that encourages trafficking, grooming, sexual violence, or exploitation.
5. Harassment, Hate, and Harm
You may not use the app to create content that attacks people based on protected characteristics, encourages self-harm, promotes violence, gives instructions for wrongdoing, or harasses a person or group. Fictional conflict in a story must still avoid real-world threats, doxxing, targeted abuse, and hateful content.
6. Illegal, Dangerous, and Regulated Content
Do not ask the app for instructions that enable crime, weapon construction, evasion of law enforcement, credential theft, fraud, malware, stalking, or privacy invasion. Do not request professional advice that should come from a qualified expert, including medical, legal, financial, emergency, or mental health advice.
7. Privacy and Sensitive Information
Do not enter passwords, payment information, government IDs, private addresses, confidential workplace information, health records, or other sensitive data in prompts or chat. Do not submit another person's private information. If a generated response includes private or sensitive details by mistake, do not share it.
8. Enforcement
We may block prompts, refuse generation, remove content, limit access, or suspend use when content appears to violate these guidelines, the Terms of Service, platform rules, or applicable law. Automated systems may make mistakes, but safety decisions are made to protect users, third parties, and the service.
