ace app
great experience using this app
this app is amazing. being able to download maps makes trail excursions a lot more comfortable
Useless since the latest update. Unable to download maps, and it crashes every time I try to access my saved maps. Enough of the unnecessary bells and whistles - make the features that people pay for actually work.
A useful app but it takes multiple attempts to download some park maps while others won't download at all; even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
This app is great for navigating and creating hiking trails.
barely able to use the free app due to the constant interruptions. really an example of how quickly an app can go to hell.
Developer ResponseThanks for the feedback. We'd love to hear about what improvements we could make to the app to make it better. Feel free to reach out to soporte@alltrails.com with any additional feedback. We hope to hear from you soon!
Most if not all of the mileage is way off. Trail difficulty is off. GPS is terrible. Do not download this there are way better apps for backcountry navigation. Try OX backcountry or far out apps way better don't waste your money. And don't trust this app to be able to navigate safely in using this app. If I could give zero stars I would.

Apparently there is no way to contact support anymore. Please please please please please please please please please please let me eliminate the "build custom route" flag that is smack dab in the middle of all of my hikes. it's maddening.
it's good plenty of routes good advice ability to leave reviews
Although this app has great trails, I don't use it enough. however I was charged a fee.I thought this app was free. why was I charged?
Developer ResponseHi - Weโre sorry to hear you are having trouble canceling your subscription. If you haven't already, please email support@alltrails.com so we can help you out. Hope to hear from you soon!
Would be good if you could edit more of your finished activities. GPS sometimes gets elevation wrong, so it would be handy to be able to delete that part. Also sometimes it attributes recorded activities to trails that you haven't done. Would also be nice if, like the park badges, it had the Wainrights, Yorkshire 3 Peaks, National 3 Peaks, etc etc
Developer ResponseHi there - thanks for the feedback, we'll be sure to share it with our product team to be considered for future updates to the app. In the meantime thanks for your patience and please don't hesitate to email us with any other suggestions or feedback - support@alltrails.com.
