amazing 🤩
amazing app
Always Offline... garbage others having same issue.
a fantastic app to find trails anywhere you go
Everything is paid in this app.
a must have for hikers new to exploring and great for seasoned hikers as well. I love how I can download the trail map so I won't get lost when I lose service. it works great on my watch as well!
It helps us wherever we go to find the best hike for the day and place
Scam, and the support email is just a bot. When emailing a complaint, it will always say that it does not know about an account associated with that email, even though it's the same one that was billed.
开发者回复Hi there - Thanks for the feedback. Our support team is super responsive and we'd love to help you with any issues you are having with the app. If you haven't done so already, please email support@alltrails.com so we can provide some guidance. We hope to hear from you - we're here to help!
the functionality of this app has taken a severe hit as the owners try to squeeze every penny of profit they can. this app used to be so much better before greed became the sole focus.
I don't have any in my favorites but I have a bunch of lists and the map shows those trails with a heart symbol. Could trails in lists be a different icon? How about adding the ability to search by coordinates?
开发者回复Hi there - thanks for the feedback, we'll be sure to share it with our product team to be considered for future updates to the app. In the meantime thanks for your patience and please don't hesitate to email us with any other suggestions or feedback - support@alltrails.com.
was great at helping me plan for big hikes
Not perfect but a amazing app and community
very poor maps. no labeled trails or destinations like falls. it took me to a trailhead rather than the falls. total fail. uninstalling now.
recently started using 20% of my battery everyday even when I'm not using it. responding to the developer- the article doesn't help me. your app is using 20% of my battery on days when I haven't even opened the app. this happened after a recent update of some sort.

great app
amazing app, showing beautiful trails
advertised as a free app. $35 a month subscription to use.
开发者回复Hello - Our app is free to use and already offers a lot of advantages in the free version, which you can read about in this help article: https://bit.ly/2SEwjGf. The AllTrails+ subscription unlocks additional features. If you have any further questions, please contact support@alltrails.com.
I really like this app, but its battery performance is getting worse with each new Pixel phone. It's now sucking 20% of my battery per hour on a brand new phone. This is unacceptable and this app needs serious work if it's going to function on Pixel phones in the future.

If you hike, you should have this on your phone. I started with the free version to get a feel for it. It is accurate on all the trails we've used in the US, Europe, and Asia. I consider this a perfect app for what it does.
Very nice compared to the more popular bicycling app.
