Scam, and the support email is just a bot. When emailing a complaint, it will always say that it does not know about an account associated with that email, even though it's the same one that was billed.

the functionality of this app has taken a severe hit as the owners try to squeeze every penny of profit they can. this app used to be so much better before greed became the sole focus.

I don't have any in my favorites but I have a bunch of lists and the map shows those trails with a heart symbol. Could trails in lists be a different icon? How about adding the ability to search by coordinates?

very poor maps. no labeled trails or destinations like falls. it took me to a trailhead rather than the falls. total fail. uninstalling now.

recently started using 20% of my battery everyday even when I'm not using it. responding to the developer- the article doesn't help me. your app is using 20% of my battery on days when I haven't even opened the app. this happened after a recent update of some sort.

I really like this app, but its battery performance is getting worse with each new Pixel phone. It's now sucking 20% of my battery per hour on a brand new phone. This is unacceptable and this app needs serious work if it's going to function on Pixel phones in the future.

If you hike, you should have this on your phone. I started with the free version to get a feel for it. It is accurate on all the trails we've used in the US, Europe, and Asia. I consider this a perfect app for what it does.

the most amazing places and great photos

I tried the 7 day free trial of the paid version to explore Acadia National Park in offline mode. While the app worked, it completely obliterated my battery life and almost left us stranded without a device. Kind of the opposite of the expected experience.

This app works directly with the phone when your phone starts a run or a hike it will go on your watch automatically and it's fantastic, it has a map and for an app like this that's all I really want

Only giving a three for time being because screenshots are annoying. Add option to turn the share option off when taking a screenshot.

love the app but it is sometimes hard to navigate, stop and start activities, etc. $40/year is perfectly decent but I'd give 5 stars if they offered a one-time payment/lifetime membership option and cleaned up some navigation bugs
