Turn public reviews into useful research

Start with the store and country relevant to your audience, then read the latest feedback. One- and two-star filters can reveal friction; positive reviews show what people value. Compare dates, app versions and developer replies before treating a complaint as an ongoing issue. A single review rarely represents everyone's experience.

Search for a specific workflow such as sign-in, export or synchronization. Use the unreplied filter to find feedback that may need attention. Export collected public records as CSV or JSON for your own analysis. Look for repeated patterns and consider how the app matches your needs instead of relying only on its average score.

Official links and transparent sources

Customer reviews come from public app stores. Their text stays in the original language, and they are not endorsements written by Caitty. Collected review counts can differ from store-wide figures because of regional coverage, accessible history and synchronization timing. Synchronization retrieves a bounded set of records, not necessarily the complete history.

Visit the official website to confirm current pricing, device support and regional availability. Official links may include a Caitty referral label. App guides provide research questions and comparison criteria; they do not claim hands-on testing. Search and filters remain free. Pro membership unlocks CSV / JSON exports, removes advertisements and supports the service.

Questions about AppReview Hub

Why do review counts differ from the app store?

The store may combine ratings across versions or regions. AppReview Hub reports public reviews successfully collected for the selected app. New synchronizations can change the available records and their average.

Does changing the language translate reviews?

No. The language selector changes the interface. Store region is a separate setting, and customer reviews keep their original text. App guides and dedicated review pages are available in English or Chinese.

What does Pro membership include?

Pro removes advertisements from AppReview Hub pages and unlocks CSV / JSON exports. Review search and filters remain free. The monthly Stripe subscription can be cancelled in the billing portal, and access continues until the paid period ends. Email subscriptions are separate features.
