A recent update made it so your map is cleared as soon as you lose reception and interact with it (pan or zoom). On a trail with spotty reception? Be prepared to get lost. The app INTENTIONALLY wipes your map as a dark pattern to get you to buy the plus subscription.

I accidentally swiped my screen, which caused an item on my saved list to be deleted. There's no "undo" option so I can't get it back. I'm pretty disappointed. It prompts the question, "why is there an edit list button if you can edit it whenever it's displayed the screen?"

Syncing issues, lost my hike that was over 6.5 miles and 700ft in elevation. Do not reccomend for people actually trying to track their experiences. Support cannot help with syncing issues.

Horribly fails when there's any edge case whatsoever. Several things happened but here's one example, I started a hike that has 2 entrances, and told me that it would be a 2 to 3 hours hike. Apparently, that time was calculated if you enter from one entrance, and leave from the other, WHO does this? Only after I passed the second entrance did it update to tell me "1.5 hours left" after it's been telling me 10 minutes. This almost caused me to be stranded and I had to run the remaining hike.

what stupid person designed such a terrible app? I.e. when searching trails on the map, there is no way to open or click on any trails, whatsoever. This app is completely useless; the owner should be embarrassed and ashamed for wasting everyone's time.
