Terms of Use
Last updated: 8 September 2026
1. The app
Miss.Soft is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You may use it on any device you control.
2. Open source
Miss.Soft is built on softie-webgpu, released under the MIT License, and remains under the same MIT terms. Every open-source project in the app — softie-webgpu, Three.js, and the Android libraries — is listed with its licence inside the app, under About › Open source.
3. Advertising
Some optional features are unlocked by watching a rewarded video. Watching is always your choice; declining only means that feature stays locked. Ads are supplied by Google AdMob and we do not control their content.
4. No warranty
The app is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. It renders with WebGPU and will not run on devices or browsers that do not support it; that is a hardware and operating-system limitation, not a defect.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated; the date above will reflect it. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
