Miss.Soft is small, so this page is short.
The app opens to a “Waiting for WebGPU” message
Miss.Soft renders with WebGPU and has no fallback renderer. That message means your device or OS build does not expose it. Check that you are on Android 12 or newer, or iOS 26 or newer, and that Android System WebView is up to date in the Play Store. On iOS, Lockdown Mode disables WebGPU — turning it off for this app restores rendering.
It is stuck on the loading screen
Force-quit the app and open it again. If it happens every time, please email us with your device model and OS version.
I watched the video and did not get my softies
The reward only counts if the video plays to the end. If you closed it early, the count stays where it was — just try again. One completed video unlocks every extra softie for the rest of that session.
Where did my colours go?
Settings are stored locally on the device. Clearing the app’s data or reinstalling it starts you fresh. Save a look to one of the eight slots, and you can share it to yourself as a link to bring it back later.
The haptics do nothing
Check the “Haptics” switch in the settings, and your system-wide vibration or haptics setting. On iOS, haptics need a device with a Taptic Engine.
Still stuck
Email [email protected] with your device, OS version, and what you were doing. Everything the app builds on is listed inside it, under About › Open source, in the language you are using.
