What the App Does

The App uses AI image models to show how you might look with a different hairstyle or hair colour. Results are artistic previews, not guarantees: real hair, growth patterns and salon techniques vary, and the App is not professional hairdressing advice.

Your Photos and Content

• You may only upload photos of yourself or of people who have given you permission. Do not upload photos of minors or of anyone without consent.
• You keep all rights to your photos and the results. You grant us and our AI providers only the limited right to process a photo in order to create the result you requested.
• Do not use the App to create content that is illegal, deceptive, harassing or that infringes anyone's rights.

Stars, Purchases and Subscriptions

• Generations and the AI Stylist cost Stars, a virtual currency with no cash value that cannot be transferred or refunded. Stars can be earned in the App or bought through Google Play.
• Star packs are one-time purchases credited immediately. Premium is an auto-renewing subscription that grants a monthly Star allowance and removes ads; it renews until cancelled in Google Play. Prices are shown in Google Play before you buy.
• If a generation fails, the Stars it cost are refunded to your balance automatically.
• Refunds for purchases are handled according to Google Play's policies.

Fair Use

We may limit the number of generations per day to keep the service available for everyone, and may suspend access that abuses the service.

Disclaimer and Liability

The App is provided "as is". AI results can be inaccurate or fail. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the App, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the preceding three months.

Changes

We may update these terms and the App from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
