Information We Process

• Voice recordings: When you choose to clone a voice, the recording you create is uploaded to our backend and a voice technology provider so the cloned voice can be created. The recording is stored on our backend so the voice can be reused for playback and chat, and stays there until you delete that voice in the app (see "Retention and Deletion").
• Text prompts and chat messages: Text you enter for speech generation or AI chat is sent to our backend and AI service providers so the requested reply or audio can be generated.
• Voice metadata: The app stores saved voice names and provider voice IDs on your device so you can reuse created voices.
• AI report details: If you report an AI reply, the reported reply, your optional details, app name, platform, voice ID, and timestamp may be stored for safety review.
• Purchases and subscriptions: Google Play processes purchase and subscription information. The app uses purchase state to unlock paid features.
• Ads and device identifiers: The app uses Google Mobile Ads. Google and its partners may process advertising identifiers and related device data to provide ads and measure ad performance.

How We Use Information

• To create and play cloned voices.
• To generate AI chat replies and text-to-speech audio.
• To cache repeated audio playback and measure usage costs.
• To operate subscriptions, rewards, and ads.
• To review reported AI content and improve safety.
• To detect, prevent, and troubleshoot abuse, fraud, and service errors.

Sharing

We share data with service providers only as needed to operate the app, including cloud hosting, voice cloning and speech generation providers, AI model providers, Google Play Billing, and Google Mobile Ads. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

Voice Consent

You may only clone a voice that you own or have permission to use. The app asks you to confirm this before recording. Do not upload someone else's voice without consent.

Security

Data sent between the app and our backend uses HTTPS encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the app.

Retention and Deletion

Delete a voice yourself, anytime. In the app you can delete any voice you created from the Chat tab (long‑press the voice, then Delete) or from More → "Delete My Voice & Data". Deleting a voice removes, from both your device and our servers: the sample you recorded, the cloned voice, and any generated audio cached for it. For voices created with an external speech provider, the cloned voice is also deleted from that provider. Deletion is immediate; short‑lived cached copies at edge locations expire within about 24 hours.

Uninstalling is not the same as deleting. Removing the app clears data on your device but does not delete a recording already stored on our servers. Use the in‑app delete first, or email [email protected] and we will delete it for you.

After a voice is deleted we do not keep the recording. Operational logs record only a randomly generated voice ID plus request counts and timings (no audio and no name), and are removed when the associated voice is deleted or otherwise retained for a limited period for security, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention. Safety reports you submit are kept as needed for review and legal compliance. To ask a privacy question or request deletion, email [email protected].

Children

Caitty Clone Voice is not directed to children under 13. Users under the age of majority should use the app only with parent or guardian permission.

International Processing

Information may be processed in countries other than where you live. By using the app, you understand that your information may be processed by our service providers in different regions.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
