1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Caitty Clone Voice. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

2. Service Description

Caitty Clone Voice lets users record a voice sample, create a private cloned voice, generate text-to-speech audio, and chat with AI replies that can be played in the selected voice.

3. Voice Rights and Consent

You may only clone voices that you own or have clear permission to use. You may not use the app to impersonate others, mislead people, commit fraud, harass anyone, or violate privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights.

4. AI-Generated Content

AI chat replies and speech output are generated by automated systems. They may be inaccurate, unexpected, or inappropriate. Do not rely on AI output for medical, legal, financial, emergency, or professional advice. You can report offensive AI replies from inside the chat screen.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the app to create, request, upload, or distribute content that is illegal, hateful, sexually exploitative, abusive, deceptive, defamatory, or otherwise harmful. You also agree not to reverse engineer the app, bypass paid features, interfere with service operation, or misuse subscriptions, rewards, or ads.

6. Purchases, Subscriptions, Stars, and Ads

• The app may offer subscriptions, in-app purchases, rewarded ads, and virtual star balances.
• Purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play payment and refund rules.
• Stars are a virtual item used only inside the app and have no cash value.
• Subscription features and prices may change for future purchases as allowed by platform rules.

7. Intellectual Property

The app, design, code, branding, and original content belong to Caitty or its licensors. You keep rights to voice samples and text that you lawfully provide, but you grant us the rights needed to process them to provide the app features.

8. Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Voice cloning, AI chat, ads, billing, and audio generation depend on third-party services and may be unavailable or delayed.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created legal risk, or abused the service.

10. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy of AI output, or that generated voices will match a voice perfectly.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caitty is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after the updated date means you accept the revised Terms.
