The Gold bracelets are a huge disappointment and the silver bracelet was just as bad! The delivery was terrible I didn’t even see the package another delivery service brought in the package.

I guess your driver couldn’t be bothered to deliver my package to my door. Instead they left it at the Clubhouse Door of a 1,000 mobile home park. By the time I got up there, all of the packages had been taken. I think you owe me a refund.

Delivery
The instruction said to deliver it to my office, which is open Monday through Friday to the third floor at the receptionist they’ve left a package outside the building, in front of an office complex on a Sunday at noon. This is $150 cologne that I will never see because somebody will pass by and pick up the whole box and walk away. Paul ridiculously absurd is it to expect this package to be delivered in this manner?

Horrible delivery estimates
im giving this app 2 stars because although there is a great selection of product and many many different high-end manufacturers, the delivery time estimates are awful. i will select AND PAY for 2-4 business day delivery, and end up waiting 2-4 WEEKS. it also doesnt give any updates about it coming in late, or give a new delivery date. once it is past its estimate, it only says "was expected yesterday" for example. as a consumer, i am left confused and frustrated, and this exact situation has happened every time i make a purchase through Shop. This app makes me realize that Amazon is truly the superior package delivery service in the aspect of customer service.
