The Gold bracelets are a huge disappointment and the silver bracelet was just as bad! The delivery was terrible I didnโt even see the package another delivery service brought in the package. Very disappointing customer I was going to buy more but after this experience I wonโt order anything.

Dislike Shop
It should be disclosed when things are shipping via Shop. I would not buy from a vendor if I knew they used Shop. I cannot stand Shop because the orders take SO LONG to arrive!!

I never received!
I wanted to alert you I never received this item, your app didnโt give me the choice just automatically marked as delivered! Will never do business with this vendor! Had to get PayPal to help me get my refund! So NO! I didnโt receive my shirt!!!!!

I guess your driver couldnโt be bothered to deliver my package to my door. Instead they left it at the Clubhouse Door of a 1,000 mobile home park. By the time I got up there, all of the packages had been taken. I think you owe me a refund.

Delivery
The instruction said to deliver it to my office, which is open Monday through Friday to the third floor at the receptionist theyโve left a package outside the building, in front of an office complex on a Sunday at noon. This is $150 cologne that I will never see because somebody will pass by and pick up the whole box and walk away. Paul ridiculously absurd is it to expect this package to be delivered in this manner?

The chips were so incredible. I got them yesterday and have already gone through two bags so light and crispy and incredible flavor. Definitely will be getting them again.

Horrible delivery estimates
im giving this app 2 stars because although there is a great selection of product and many many different high-end manufacturers, the delivery time estimates are awful. i will select AND PAY for 2-4 business day delivery, and end up waiting 2-4 WEEKS. it also doesnt give any updates about it coming in late, or give a new delivery date. once it is past its estimate, it only says "was expected yesterday" for example. as a consumer, i am left confused and frustrated, and this exact situation has happened every time i make a purchase through Shop. This app makes me realize that Amazon is truly the superior package delivery service in the aspect of customer service. Long story short, please fix your app.

The delivery driver
My shipment got here when expected the only thing I was very unhappy with is the delivery driver. We were sitting at home relaxing when we heard a bang and looked at the camera and he literally just threw the package at the door, then took a picture.
