Frozen on the opening screen. normally after an "update". surely apps have been about long enough that a meditation app should work consistently.
โThe app feels cluttered and overwhelming instead of clearโit simply adds noise to an already chaotic world. Please consider simplifying the layout.
I really enjoyed this app for the month I was able to even use it. It just doesnt work anymore. Sometimes it won't even open past the initial loading screen and other times it won't even play the meditations or videos at all so im not getting anywhere.
The downloads for offline use literally always fails. This has happened across 3 phones over 5 years. It's just failed again right now. You can't even download a small segment of your course - only 700Mb. It's stupidly slow to load sometimes. The UI is confusing and awkward to use. This is an app that plays MP3's. That's its job. It does not do it well. It is absolutely not worth the money it charges. The content is relatively good but the app is designed by clowns and built by monkeys.
very good meditation app I would recommend it to anyone
The streak counter is not working properly. And it's quite disheartening when you try to meditate diligently every day but it shows a streak of two :( Will gladly change rating if fixed.
the android app is hard to use, crashes a lot. iOS is a lot more polished. I've been a headspace user for years and I can say wholeheartedly that this company has been on the decline. Since Andy left the focus has only been on the corporate and pandering for mass appeal. there was another noticeable decline when Eve left and the content became dry and recycled. The app is hard to use, it's a little bit of everything and a whole lot of nothing. There are far better alternatives elsewhere
Extremely disappointed with this company. if you all actually had your finger on the pulse of today's mental health climate, you would know that AI is a leading cause of a lot of people's stress and anxiety, but now they have been acquired by Sword, a company priding itself on its AI applications for healthcare. I genuinely hope you continue to provide human created content and do not even contemplate AI generated content, but I have zero trust now.
play button is not working anymore, it's greyed out. I had to restart my phone and for one meditation it worked but the problem is back. also I cannot drag up the full drop down menu to select the length, for ex. I only see until 10min on a maximum 20min meditation
In 2020 the App was 5/5, but now it's awful to use. Some bugs, very slow loading times, downloads often not working, offline is not working for me and the navigation in the app is awful.
very expensive. 100$ for only one 10min audio for sleeping
you need to pay for everything in the app. useless
add hindi language please
AI sucks and is the reason I won't ever use this app again
the worst app that I've ever used. just have Claude fix it your dev team is cooked
Terrible app. Won't open. Keeps Crashing as of 22/09/26. From what I've read online this issue keeps cropping up year after year. I'm using a Google Pixel 10 Pro XL on the latest version of Android 17. I've cleared cache, data, uninstalled and reinstalled but none of that allows the app to open without crashing.
it's been 3 months they keep restarting my payment without my consent. even after they approved in mail that the account was disabled
I used headspace years ago and tried going back to it now. just opened the app and saw everything is locked. nothing is available in the free version, why would I want to pay so quickly? can find anything for free (on YouTube I can) so I'm uninstalling.
everything is locked on the free version so its kinda useless, wasnt able to use to app at all to properly rate it
Good luck canceling! If you do get roped into purchasing their service you have to send numerous emails back and forth to a chatbot in order to cancel because they do not have an actual cancel button right on the website. It makes no sense that this is legal.
