play button is not working anymore, it's greyed out. I had to restart my phone and for one meditation it worked but the problem is back. also I cannot drag up the full drop down menu to select the length, for ex. I only see until 10min on a maximum 20min meditation
In 2020 the App was 5/5, but now it's awful to use. Some bugs, very slow loading times, downloads often not working, offline is not working for me and the navigation in the app is awful.
very expensive. 100$ for only one 10min audio for sleeping

Terrible app. Won't open. Keeps Crashing as of 22/09/26. From what I've read online this issue keeps cropping up year after year. I'm using a Google Pixel 10 Pro XL on the latest version of Android 17. I've cleared cache, data, uninstalled and reinstalled but none of that allows the app to open without crashing.
it's been 3 months they keep restarting my payment without my consent. even after they approved in mail that the account was disabled
I used headspace years ago and tried going back to it now. just opened the app and saw everything is locked. nothing is available in the free version, why would I want to pay so quickly? can find anything for free (on YouTube I can) so I'm uninstalling.

Good luck canceling! If you do get roped into purchasing their service you have to send numerous emails back and forth to a chatbot in order to cancel because they do not have an actual cancel button right on the website. It makes no sense that this is legal.
Beware: if you discontinue your subscription (even early in the year) they will not do a prorated refund.
App is too hard to navigate and it's almost impossible to pick up where I left off on a course I really liked
I like this app. Andy's voice can zen me out and put me to sleep most anytime I'm having trouble sleeping. But I'm really sick and tired of subscription service models. The price of this app keeps going up and up, and at this point it's almost $170 a year. To pay that amount of money to only rent meditations and not "own" and be able to continue to listen to even one is not ideal.
Update yesterday means it doesn't open on pixel 10 pro XL. Splash screen then crash. Have tried te usual fixes. no dice.

Since Andy left, I can't find much content that isn't an irritating American voice. I'm struggling to connect with the app now. It's become too cluttered. Which, given it's for, decluttering the mind, is ironic. i just want to come in, find my daily meditation, and that's about it. but even todays meditation, I need to go hunting for because it seems to be on another page. I dont want an AI chatbot. Otherwise, the resources are there. They just need a damned good tidy up.

Another app that needs an account to get in and everything I say every single thing is locked with subscription. You could have unlocked music and sounds but locked ai bot, therapy and some others through subscription. This is just greedy like duolingo.

Login options broken. I had made my account using Facebook and it won't let me login except that way, but the Facebook log in option won't load. So I can't get into the app at all.
not sure I like the new app. used it before, and the focus on meditation and mindfulness was great, and the different voices/coaches that you could pick between and find the one that worked was great. it just feels a bit too generic and ai now, in the same way duolingo has moved.
Have been using this app for so many years, but it's time to uninstall it. Everything that was once very useful now seems to be locked behind a subscription/ paywall. What a shame...
