Obsidian: Use Cases, Official Website and User Reviews

A practical way to try it

Create three interlinked concept notes, open the graph view on mobile, and test whether notes sync smoothly between your phone and laptop during offline travel.

Questions to ask before choosing

• How fast is cold startup with your expected vault size?
• Do your favorite community plugins function properly on mobile?
• Does your sync strategy preserve file timestamps and backlinks?

Reading Obsidian user feedback

Start with recent reviews from people using the same operating system and workflow as you. Note specific recurring issues, then test them through the scenario above. When reading developer replies, distinguish fixes already available from promised changes and cases that need individual support.

iOS and Android versions, features and review samples can differ, so compare them separately. Caitty displays collected public feedback, which may cover only selected regions or recent reviews. These are not hands-on editorial scores, and individual reviews are not independently verified.
