This app is a money thief. They stole my money and deleted my account for no reason. I don't recommend it

We are sorry about this experience, and we want to understand what happened. Nothing is charged on our side without a reason, and we want to look into both the payment and your account for you. Please email support@moji.cool with your account email and the receipt, and we will check it personally. Google Play refunds are handled at play.google.com.
Hello Moji Support, I deleted and reinstalled the Moji app, but I still get the “Account Creation Limit” message. I’m unable to create an account on my device. Could you please help me resolve this issue? Thank you.

Thank you for the 5 stars, and sorry for the trouble. The "Account Creation Limit" means your device reached the number of accounts it can create, a safety limit to keep fake and abusive sign-ups out, so a reinstall will not reset it. Please email support@moji.cool with your device UUID and we will look at your case and help from there.

This app will seriously make you start hating Asian woman. If you're a man trying to talk to Asian woman, it can be something as simple as friends, don't bother because they're all immature and have the brain of a goldfish, not to mention people lie about their age and reporting them does nothing because at that point the damage has already been done. i don't have a problem with the app so much, I got a problem with the people on it.

Show real curiosity, keep it light, and let it build slowly. Genuine, patient messages get genuine people. Give it another try - and if it clicks, we'd truly appreciate 5 stars 🙏
Security improvements have been made. I enjoy using all of this; some of the women here are beautiful, please anyone reading my review, be careful and only swipe right on verified users. It takes less than a minute to verify that an account is human 😊.

Android 9 أصبح صعب الدعم مع الوقت وقد تظهر مثل هذه المشكلات. جرّبي أوّلًا إلغاء تثبيت التطبيق وإعادة تثبيته. إذا استمرّت المشكلة، سجّلي فيديو للشاشة أثناء المحاولة وأخبرينا بطراز جهازك بالضبط - سنناقشها مع فريق التخطيط والفريق كاملًا. نستحقّ النجمة الخامسة.
The app requires your precise location, not just approximate which I'd understand. I found this creepy and invasive. Who knows how a random app like this uses your data?

Hi Mikołaj! Valid concern - transparency matters. Actually Moji intentionally shows distance with over 1km margin of error to protect your privacy, not precise pinpoint location. We never sell or share your location data with third parties, and you can adjust permissions anytime in device settings. Hope this eases your mind, would love your 5 stars
