A simple 'good' still made us smile, thank you. We will keep working so Moji stays good for you and helps you meet people worth knowing. If it keeps treating you right, tell a friend who would enjoy it too. Glad you are here.
This app is a money thief. They stole my money and deleted my account for no reason. I don't recommend it

We are sorry about this experience, and we want to understand what happened. Nothing is charged on our side without a reason, and we want to look into both the payment and your account for you. Please email support@moji.cool with your account email and the receipt, and we will check it personally. Google Play refunds are handled at play.google.com.
Hello Moji Support, I deleted and reinstalled the Moji app, but I still get the “Account Creation Limit” message. I’m unable to create an account on my device. Could you please help me resolve this issue? Thank you.

Thank you for the 5 stars, and sorry for the trouble. The "Account Creation Limit" means your device reached the number of accounts it can create, a safety limit to keep fake and abusive sign-ups out, so a reinstall will not reset it. Please email support@moji.cool with your device UUID and we will look at your case and help from there.
It's cool people from the app are friendly

Glad it is nice, thank you. A 2 tells us nice is not enough yet, and we would love to close that gap for you. Tell us what would make it a 5, more matches, fewer ads, or something else, at support@moji.cool. We read every message. Give us the chance to win those extra stars.

A "good!" from you already means a lot, thank you. A 3 tells us there is still room to make it great for you, and we would really like to. Tell us what would turn it into a 5, more matches, fewer ads, or something we have not thought of, at support@moji.cool. We read every message, and we would love the chance to win those last two stars.

Love that you felt the vibe, thank you. That one star tells us we still owe you a better experience, and we take that to heart. If the ads got in the way, Moji Plus removes them, and even for free one short ad unlocks more. Tell us what pulled it down at support@moji.cool and we will fix it fast. Let us earn all 5 from you.

It would be better if chat translation was free

Medo, thank you so much! 🙏 Good news - it partly already is: chat translation is free up to a limit, and you can unlock more for free just by watching a short ad. Prefer to skip ads? Moji Plus makes it unlimited. We love this kind of feedback - thanks, and keep enjoying Moji out there!

This app will seriously make you start hating Asian woman. If you're a man trying to talk to Asian woman, it can be something as simple as friends, don't bother because they're all immature and have the brain of a goldfish, not to mention people lie about their age and reporting them does nothing because at that point the damage has already been done. i don't have a problem with the app so much, I got a problem with the people on it.

Ufcfan, thanks for being honest. A tip that really works here: skip "hi" and open with something specific from her profile - her language, a hobby, her city. Show real curiosity, keep it light, and let it build slowly. Genuine, patient messages get genuine people. Give it another try - and if it clicks, we'd truly appreciate 5 stars 🙏
Security improvements have been made. I enjoy using all of this; some of the women here are beautiful, please anyone reading my review, be careful and only swipe right on verified users. It takes less than a minute to verify that an account is human 😊.

Thank you so much and especially for reminding others to verify and swipe safely. That mindset protects the whole community. We're really glad the security work is landing well for you, and we'll keep pushing to make Moji even better. If it ever feels right, we'd be honored to earn that fifth star from you 😊 Keep meeting great people out there!

the app kinda sucks because it's not fun like it used to before and it's kinda dry.
开发者回复

Aurora, that hurts to read - 'used to be fun' means we let something slip for you. What feels dry now specifically? Reply here with anything that comes to mind - the whole team talks about your words with our planning lead directly. Bringing the fun back is our whole job, and we'd love the chance to earn those stars back.

The app requires your precise location, not just approximate which I'd understand. I found this creepy and invasive. Who knows how a random app like this uses your data?
开发者回复
Aug 24, 2026
Hi Mikołaj! Valid concern - transparency matters. Actually Moji intentionally shows distance with over 1km margin of error to protect your privacy, not precise pinpoint location. We never sell or share your location data with third parties, and you can adjust permissions anytime in device settings. Hope this eases your mind, would love your 5 stars

Aug 12, 2026
Hi! We hear you and know ads can interrupt the fun. Here's something you might not know though - once you match with someone, chatting is 100% free and unlimited, forever. Hope you'll find that worth exploring, and give us a chance to earn those 4 missing stars back!
