this app used to be good years ago. right now they dont have the discounts the used to have. and when the restaurants are out of some items you cannot see it in the app and when you order by the app youre only able to cancel and get the refund by the app and thats pretty uncontrollable.

Refuses to let me use the app because age verification issue. I've called customer service for weeks now and no one can help. So frustrating I'm losing out on all my points!! ๐ก๐ก๐ก EDIT: So McDonald's app responds to my 1-star review with a request to reach out to them. I reach out to them and they give me the same non-helpful advice they wasted my time with over the phone. Such a terrible experience.

I stopped going to McDonald's because of how awful the app always is. updates don't matter. they never make the app better. only worse. fix the location permissions and stop logging me out, or at least let me just put in my email and password instead of having to confirm it through email. then I'll start coming by for free fries again. improve the deals and I might actually come by for some other stuff, too, but the quality of McDonald's is still only worth about $1 per item. maybe $2 for qp.

once they had great deals then decided moneys more important than customer satisfaction. should be ashamed of yourselves for increasing prices especially on people who don't have a stable income.

i hate that when i order food they wait until youre close and when you get inside you still have to wait over 10 minutes to get your food but you cant go through the drive through or it will be an even longer wait. this app doesnt make anything convenient.

Edit2: The app has now worked about 90% of the time. there's still random times that it will think it's the wrong time of day and not let me place breakfast order or will make me force close and re order etc. but honestly the app stability has greatly increased

Frustrating! To say the very least every time I try to log in to make a purchase through McDonald's that tells me I must be 18 or older. I am 65 years old and it is verified through Google I don't know why I am getting this!

Ive had problems with the mcdonalds app for a month now ever since the last two updates. It wont let me log into my account because it says i have to be 18 to use account. My account is not linked with any other email or family member. I have signed out unistalled, re-download the app signed in again and still does the same thing. The only way i can use the app is by going thru the play store and sometimes it wont even work like that either.

Unfortunately they have gotten rid of the $2 Breakfast sandwich in my area, which was able the only reason to use the app or even go to McDonald's with their prices these days. App is constantly loading and does not display proper deals without multiple restarts. It was good while it lasted, but no more McDonald's!
