Where can I download AI Reply?
Install the iPhone app from the App Store, or the Android app from Google Play. Follow the keyboard setup guide in the app after installation.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On Android, open Google Play > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, select AI Reply, and cancel the subscription. On iPhone, go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions, select AI Reply, and tap Cancel Subscription. Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.
How do I enable the keyboard?
On Android, open AI Reply and follow its keyboard setup guide. Tap "Open Settings", enable AI Reply in your on-screen keyboard settings, then choose it from the keyboard picker. Android settings labels vary by device. On iPhone, go to Settings > General > Keyboard > Keyboards > Add New Keyboard and select AI Reply. Then tap AI Reply and enable "Allow Full Access" to use AI features.
Why does the iPhone keyboard need Full Access?
On iOS, Full Access lets the keyboard connect to the AI service over the internet. Android uses its own keyboard activation process and does not have this iOS setting. Ordinary typing is processed on your device; text is sent for AI processing when you explicitly request a reply. See the Privacy Policy for the details.
Why is a reply unavailable or unsuitable?
AI replies need an internet connection and available usage credits or an active subscription. Check your connection and the app's usage information, then try again. Generated replies can miss context or contain errors: edit each suggestion before sending and avoid submitting sensitive information you are not authorized to share.
