The activation for PC asks for 3 separate things which is good but the one with email@1password isn't emphasized enough to make sure you have correct version selected. This has gained them 2 stars but I find with Gmail the password has so far been told it is old when it is the new one.

I've used one password for years, but on Android keeps freezing when I reopen it and I have to restart the app nearly every time

only issues: 1) on certain websites and apps, it doesn't come up so I have to manually open, find the credentials, copy/paste. I'm assuming this is when the SIW is coded in a way 1Password can't (currently) trigger on. 2) Weird translation issues: Sometimes it saves my email address with a trailing space, which some things won't accept. And it often fails to adapt to different credit card entry form formats. Month as January vs 01, it works with one but never the other. Seems like simple logic

Ive been using this app for about 9 months now. It takes a little work to get a hold of how things work but I'm glad I've got it I'm glad I made the switch. It works very well across my 3 devices I wouldn't say flawlessly but seems to improve often. I'm also not the most tech savvy. The app and the service so far have met and exceeded my expectations.

I am extremely frustrated with the recent autofill issues. All my device settings are configured correctly, and the 1Password suggestion strip even appears above the keyboard when I click on a login field. However, when I tap the suggestion, absolutely nothing happens—the password does not fill into the box. I have to manually copy and paste everything, which defeats the entire purpose of a password manager. Please fix this bug immediately.

forced to use this by employer. scan QR code does nothing. it never scans it. the QR code is on camera but it does nothing. the website instructions are inaccurate or outdated. can't setup identity, only option is none and there's no way to manually add address and phone or payments.

app is confusing now, does not synchronize sometimes. overall works OK.

Recently I tried the free trial - was trying to setup billing info and the price quoted was not to same as listed - no problem, a simple clarification request should solve the issue, right? Took support 4 days to respond - reason why it took so long : sorry we're busy . If it takes a company 4 days to respond to a potential new customer how long will it take if one has a technical problem? Doesn't inspire confidence - Thanks but no thanks - I'll pass. nearly impossible to use on a smartphone. rarely comes up to fill in the info. you end up having to fill it in yourself even though there is an entry for that app. not worth the money.

Was working great until the latest update. Now I cannot open it with biometric means. Only with the account password. Very impractical.

great program on the desktop! I have mfa on business account and cannot authenticate to set it up on my phone. tech support gave up :(

By far the best of all the password managers I've looked it . Its simple enough that my elderly mother can understand and use it. Not having to remember a stupid amount of passwords keeps me secure .

Overall good but soemthings can be improved. I prefer using notes section in login and other entries a lot and if we have formatting options in the notes, that will be a game changer.
