you cannot sync to personal accounts you cannot merge two personal accounts and you can't merge a computer in a cell phone if one of the computer or cell phones have already downloaded the Dropbox app. I have two accounts and I backed up all my Dropbox photos to One account that hasn't any storage and they were backed up to the wrong account or merge. Dropbox is now deleted all my pictures so I'm Missing Years of pictures because of this snafu or fubar or just stupidity. I wish I had never chose

I’ve been a Dropbox user for 8–10 years, but the app has become unnecessarily complicated. Even logging in is now such a hassle! The process is confusing and frustrating. There are other apps that make things much simpler, so why not learn from them and improve the user experience? Please make it easier for your long-time users.

I've been using their basic paid plan this for, idek, 7 years? And I still haven't managed to fill it up. I do love this service and find it very worth the money--for the most part. Unfortunately the only customer service is a rotten AI bot, so you'd better be able to solve all the problems yourself. I just had a bad scare that I did figure out and resolve, but it was a bad 20 minutes of thinking I'd lost a bunch of files and no one would help me.

The app is horrible. I am paying customer for over a decade and now I am locked out from my dropbox Android app. I can not log in, only option to log in is via 2FA, but system is not sending SMS at all (from my PC it does), I can't use it for my work for weeks, Support is responding but with useless advices. When I try to log in to app, it after 2-3 attempts to resend 2FA code locks me out with "too many attempts" or "dbx error" notifications. No other option to log in even using my PC app.

Dropbox: In mid-2012, Dropbox suffered a data breach which exposed the stored credentials of tens of millions of their customers. In August 2016, they forced password resets for customers they believed may be at risk. A large volume of data totalling over 68 million records was subsequently traded online and included email addresses and salted hashes of passwords (half of them SHA1, half of them bcrypt). Compromised my data: Email addresses, Passwords Hate them for all the hassle it's caused!!
