Just useless! Allow list doesn't work properly. Even if the app isn't in allow list but opens even after taking plus . And then If you, by mistake clear all tabs then you can open all apps whether in allow list or not .
I have been using the forest for years now and the current version is the worst. I mean when I open the app they don't even show the time I focused in day..I am supposed to check it by visiting another option..back then after every session they used to show trees as planted and so it was satisfying to see the forest growing...but now I have to check the forest separately on my own...like you literally removed the best part of it..it's just another normal app...plus bring back old graphics please

We’re sorry the new layout feels less satisfying, especially after using Forest for years. You can tap the time on the Home screen to view today’s total focus time. We appreciate your feedback about the forest display and graphics. Forest Team
Using forest since about 2019 and lovin'it, but kinda rude/disappointing not to notify/be notified about discontinuation within certain features
setting the timer was much better in the classic look. The new slider bar is so bad. And after finishing a session, you have to do three taps just to get back to the home screen, and the animation after every tap just makes even more awful friction! it used to be so much simpler, just one tap and you've claimed your reward and you can go back to setting the timer if you want. but now it feels unpleasant and awkward to use, it's disappointing
honestly the new interface very irritating and the apps quality interface feels completely diluted
Hello Forest team, There seems to be a bug with the Land Style feature. Whenever I select a Land Style, it reverts to the default/classic grassland after I complete a focus session or reopen the app. Could you please fix this so that my selected Land Style remains unchanged until I manually switch it?

Sorry your selected Land Style isn’t staying applied. Please check Settings → Land Style and sync your data via Settings → Sync, then try selecting it again. If it still reverts, contact us through Menu → Settings → FAQ&Support so we can investigate. Forest Team
Love the update The app's become sooo cute I love it Though i am sad on 1 detail though it's got so many cool features added Wish there was a allowlist customisation in the free version, you could just set a limit of 2 apps and limitless for the pro that would've been better Regardless, i love the new update and will be looking forward for more :333

Thank you so much—we’re thrilled you love the new update! The allowlist is currently a Pro and Plus feature, but we truly appreciate your thoughtful suggestion about offering limited customization for free users. We’ll keep it in mind. Forest Team
1) Tags sorting option- sort by name must be present. 2) To save time- one click timer etc setup. Claim reward must be done in background
why did you take out the total studying time up in the screen:(
last December there was a Christmas theme on the forest land, can there be one for Halloween and Easter too please?

The concept of the app is great, and so is everything that you COULD do... if you pay. The reason I got this app was to block certain apps when I'm working, not just my entire phone. Turns out you can only do that if you pay. I'm not sure how much it costs, but it's definitely too much considering I could just find another app that lets me do what I need it to do without the extra cost.

Thanks for sharing your honest feedback. We understand it’s frustrating that blocking selected apps is limited to Forest Pro and Plus. We’ll keep your comments in mind as we consider how to make Forest more accessible. Forest Team

I first started using this app in 2016, paid for the Pro version early on so can safely say: the app gets worse with every update. New trees are now not unlockable with the focus rewards or the premium currency. Not even the plus subscription seems to include all of them, you just have to hope that your favs are in that months rotation?? Plant together reward but with no "room finder" feature so if you dont have frienss using the app, c'es la vie. Who is happy with this apart fron shareholders?

We’re truly sorry the updates have made Forest feel worse, especially after your support since 2016. Plus trees rotate by season, and previous-season trees might be unlocked with coins or Time Crystals. We’ll share your feedback on Plant Together and room discovery with our team. Forest Team

new UI sucks, I can't do focus sessions anymore
Please bring back old Forest interface where it showed total time focused for the day as soon as we open the app. Now its just more work and more annoying to get anywhere. Also the screen wont stay on even if the keep screen on is enabled. Never faced this much issues with the old interface. please forest team, please fix this.
Thank you 😊

have been your app since 2022, and never been this irritated before, the recent Change of ui is very frustrating as it takes 3 click to go back to set another timer, and is very laggy, sluggish and slow and irritating, and also the time spent is not shown in the home screen which is also very very frustrating, as I have to do two more click to view it. please bring back the option to switch to classic ui
поменяли дизайн и ввели дополнительные этапы для получения дерева, замедленные экраны, которые задерживают тебя в приложении, соответственно основная идея, чтобы бороться с экранным временем, дискредитируется ими же

I love the deep focus option and after I'm done studying , they give a meditation too during the break time :) it is really calming and prevents me from getting on social media during breaks , because sometimes when I go on social media during breaks , it is hard to go back to studying 😭
