Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Video Puzzle mobile application operated by Caitty ("we", "our", or "us").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Video Puzzle, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
Video Puzzle is a mobile puzzle game where users solve sliding puzzles using AI-generated video content or their own imported media. The app is available for iOS devices.
3. User Content
- You may import your own photos and videos into the app to create custom puzzles.
- All imported content remains on your device and is not uploaded to our servers.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you import.
- We do not claim ownership of any user-imported content.
4. In-App Purchases
- Video Puzzle offers a "Remove Ads" in-app purchase as a one-time, non-consumable purchase.
- All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
- Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.
- You can restore previous purchases using the "Restore Purchase" option in Settings.
5. Advertisements
The free version of Video Puzzle displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. These may include banner ads, interstitial ads, and optional rewarded video ads. You may remove automatic ads by purchasing the "Remove Ads" option. Rewarded video ads remain available as an optional feature.
6. Intellectual Property
- All game content, including AI-generated videos, game mechanics, UI design, and sound effects, is owned by Caitty and protected by copyright law.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the app or its content.
- You may share screenshots of completed puzzles through the in-app share feature.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
- Attempt to circumvent any security features or in-app purchase mechanisms
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the app
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Video Puzzle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caitty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
