Acceptance

By downloading or using Traffic Simulator ("the app") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your own entertainment. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app except as allowed by law or the Google Play terms.

Simulation disclaimer

The app is a stylized game. Roads, traffic flow, travel times, and congestion are simulated and are not a real-time depiction of actual traffic. Do not use the app for navigation or any real-world driving decisions.

Virtual items and purchases

• "Star coins" and unlocked cities are virtual items with no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Coin packs purchased through Google Play are final; refunds follow Google Play's policies.
• Star coins may also be earned by watching optional rewarded ads or via daily check-ins.

Third-party services

The app uses the Google Maps SDK, OpenStreetMap data, Google AdMob, and Google Play Billing. Your use of those features is also subject to their respective terms.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms over time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
