Itโs great. Lost my Wordpress account on it but hopefully that is rectified before launch. All in all one mishap doesnโt ruin a good system!

No way to export my own codes
Your Authenticator app is the only major authenticator that gives users no way to export their own MFA codes. Your cloud backup only restores into your own app, and it does not even transfer between iPhone and Android, so my security data is locked to your ecosystem with no way out. These are my codes, not yours. Add a real export and import!!!!

The worst!
Cannot add an account without entering the Authenticator code. Cannot get a code because the account is not added. How STUPID is that! Will be switching to GOOGLE.

Im not sure how this app has 5 star reviews. If you look everywhere online this app is the absolute WORST! If you lose your password you will get stuck in the Authenticator loop. This means it tells you to download load this app to recover your password just for this app to again ask you a password that you clearly do not have. Microsoft whoever created this FIRE THEM IMMEDIATELY!!! Worst user experience ever!

what kind of authenticator app signs you out periodically and then asks for your authenticator app to log you in to the authenticator app? The dumbest people on earth run this stupid business and next theyll try and make you do all this with ai.

Doesnโt work well
Every time I use this Authenticator app in coordination with Outlook there seems to be some kind of miscommunication between the two apps and it causes me to get into a feedback loop that doesnโt allow me ever into Outlook and I have to delete the app in the hopes that I can use it to get in again. This happens every time Outlook signs me out.

What a pain in the rear
This app is an unnecessary complication. With some accounts, it makes it impossible to access an account if you get a new phone and fail to authenticate the before wiping the old phone.

Changing phones
Findicator is a literal nightmare when you change phones. Every login should have the option to have a text phone or email actually, get to outside authenticator when you're trying to get set back up

Calling it garbage is an insult to garbage
Unnecessary app forced on by Microsoft to link people's personal devices to their work accounts.
I donโt have access to proprietary information so this extra โsecurityโ is as unnecessary as it is burdensome.

Upgraded phone not all codes came with it
Very scary to think if I didnโt look for every line item being the same in the old one and the new one, I could have erased it forever. Googles was able to export and import 100 percent no problem.

I hate this app and Microsoft. For a company that is supposed to be a leader in the industry their products

Useless. Worst App ever.
This NEVER works everytime my laptop asks me to check this app for a code. NEVER shows up. Tried logging in another account and ASKS ME TO OPEN MY AUTHENTICATOR APP AND TO PUT IN THE CODE, WHILE IM ON THE AUTHENTICATOR APP. I NEED TO CHECK MY EMAILS AND CANT BECAUSE THIS THING NEVER WANTS TO AHPW ME OR LET ME PUT THE CODE IN. I DONT EVEN UNDERSTAND WHY THIS IS USEFUL FOR
