Changing pickup location
Why does your app keep changing my pickup location to Sacramento. I save Pampa every time. I finally had to delete something that was to be delivered because I couldn’t get it to work. Please fix this glitch.

FIRST TUBE ARRIVED DAMAGED!
This is the second time I’m ordering Ultrabrite from Walmart. The first shipment arrived damaged, with most of the toothpaste lost inside the packaging! Since I really like Ultrabrite, I’m hoping this tube arrives intact!!

Can we edit our faves list?
I like my list of favorites but I wish there was some way to take items off that were no longer my “favorites!”
Slow and never can win a Pokemon drawing.
The app at least because I don’t use the website becomes slow no longer. I’m on it. I’ve learned that if I restart the app, it works faster again. It does save my cart. And for the Pokémon Cards, I look every time I go to Walmart I rarely am able to get some . If I shop online I can’t get anything for MSRP, even when I try on Tuesdays online. Then every time I enter the drawings, I’m never picked. You would think having a Walmart plus account would help somewhat at least. I’m not asking for a lot. I would just like to be able to pay MSRP or close to it for a box of Pokémon. A lot of other parents are having the same issue just trying to buy their kids some Pokémon.

AI and App are horrible
I have had multiple instances where my order is delayed and Walmarts AI chatbot is USELESS. No way to contact the drivers. This app sucks.
Lost orders
Every time I order from summersville West Virginia Walmart no matter what time the order is placed even when I select a time that my wife or I will be here ready for the delivery it is ALWAYS LATE and by late I mean like the next day late and it’s really frustrating to pay for a service and be expected to tip people that will deliberately delay my order because I haven’t tipped high enough but why would I with the given track record. Also I recently ordered a surprise Boo Basket of sorts for my nephew in Mooresville NC, it says the package has been paid for, picked up, but hasn’t left the store and placed yesterday to be delivered by 3pm. Seems it’s not just my local Walmart that is terrible about keeping customer satisfaction even when they pay extra for it!

Sometimes this app is very laggy.
Turn off best match.
How do I fully turn off “if unavailable, replace with best match”. I am not willing to pay for anything I did not order. Your best match is not the same as my best match! If this happens again, I will contact my bank and tell them it’s fraud.
WALMART PLUS DELIVERIES
I enjoy this so much! I hate going shopping physically; too many people, too much noise, I can never find where everything is. It’s much much more convenient to have someone find it for me, pack it up, & have a driver deliver it. I’m very lucky to be able to afford this service! As Walmart always makes sure you can afford it. Save better, live better. :)

Gets stuck in a loop
I have reported to the app that my app gets stuck in a loop when I try to place a pick up order and I can’t get any help to fix the problem. It asks for store location, time for pick up then my address and starts over again no matter if I do it on my app or laptop
