Terrible
It hasnโt opened for me in months. I have to use my laptop to access the app. Definitely looking into something different. I have updated this app and it still does not open on my 17 Max Pro. ๐คฌ

Notification
I have two different accounts and it always shows a notification when I donโt actually have one. Researched it and says itโs a known error when having two accounts. Been months and still not fixed!!

Couldnโt even get my stupid app downloaded in time for a meeting + onto of that had to go through the dumbest verification for it to not even let me type of a password. TRASH

Frustrating
There should be a way to use Teams without requiring that one has the app. Also, even if one has the app, if thereโs a scheduled appointment, and one user has the app, the other user shouldnโt be required to sign in. I was kicked out of an important meeting because I couldnโt find my login information. Then I jumped through hoops to sign in, couldnโt get my information correct (I was rushing and was frustrated) and ultimately missed the meeting.

Teams apps getting stuck while opening in iPhone15
I m having trouble opening the app in an iPhone15. The app tries to open but then freezes at the first step. I tried all troubleshooting suggestions that are available online without luck.

Authenticator loop
Itโs fine as a messaging app, but it wonโt let me log in. It is confusing itself with Authenticator requests and Iโm just locked out of my account ๐

Broken List View - Latest 8.16.0 [UPDATED 8.17.0 fixed it!]
[UPDATE 8.17.0 fixed the broken List View, hooray!!]
The latest 8.16.0 Teams app has broken List View. Now three rows of buttons at top are showing: Catch up, Recent, Unread, Mentions, Tag mentions, More. I go into a channel and come back now 5 rows of those buttons display. Do that again and 8 rows. Repeating then makes it impossible to scroll down to my channels. Completely useless! Please fix this new bug Microsoft!

Lacks basic features
Needs a dedicated schedule later button so you donโt accidentally send messages right then and there, itโs embarrassing.

Not super user-friendly, but does the job well.
There is some room for improvement with the user interface, but once you figure out all the tricks/how to work it, the service is good. Helps with communication in the workplace, and for that, it earns 4 stars!

Call ended
We use this app every week but for the last few weeks none of us are able join the meeting. It says โcall endedโ immediately after joining and kicks us out.

Inability to zoom external webcam
I bought a new webcam Logitech C920 as a co-worker has it and the resolution is great. My issue is my webcam setup is about 3 feet away from me. I cannot download the camera software on my work computer. Iโve gone into my laptop settings and adjusted the camera settings, but when I log into Teams it does not recognize the laptop camera settings nor is there a zoom option available directly in Teams. Itโs highly annoying because every other conferencing app is using the laptop settings, i.e., Zoom and WebEx. Teams seems antiquated in this respect and itโs frustrating.

Updates suck ?
Idk what update they thought they fixed but the chats on the phone donโt look the same. If you type a shorter message it makes look like you typed two words, clicked enter and continued two or three more words and then enter again and continue.. why? Why if I type two-three words does it then show like a 2-4 lines of empty space? I donโt understand what needed to be edited on the actual chat portion. Other than that, itโs fine.

Worthless when unable to log in
Iโve been unable to log into my teams app on my phone for a couple weeks now. The statement says that I have tried to log in too many times and should try later. Iโve tried multiple times. Still locked out.
