Dress came in in the exact condition she said it was in. I bought it for a trip and I messaged to ask if she could send it ASAP and she was so kind and made sure it went out the next day.

Deleted my account
They deleted my account for no reason and didnโt even email that it got deleted. Took all my money.

So irritating
I got bites for the first time and tried to upload and sell an AUTHENTIC item but it got cancelled I got banned for a week bcs they thought if ws fake even though I uploaded all the right tags and everything they asked to authenticate it but it got rejected. A couple months later I tried vinted again and tried to upload and sell another item and once again the same thing happened and I got banned even though I took photos of the right tags and logos this app sucks and is horrible depop and Poshmark are way better use that instead of this useless annoying app

Overly complicated & just weird
I was banned within 4 hours of trying to sell gently used Brooks running shoes. I was accused of fraudulent activity. I sent the receipt of purchase & the shoe tag & was reinstated. I resisted my item & within a few hours, I had a sale. I then had to go through the process of them verifying my bank for the deposit of funds. That took forever. They kept sending me 6 digit passcodes via email & text. They wanted me to verify how much was in my account & send a screen shot. I stupidly did all of that. The final straw was asking me for my DOB & social as the final step. Thatโs where I draw the line. Iโll just have my son sell them on Depop. It is not worth it. Very disappointed considering the amount of money they put into advertising on Hulu.

Shame on them.
Posted three pairs of sneakers over two days. I had just started to post and my account got permanently banned. They said I posted counterfeit items. I bought all of my shoes at normal retail stores. Iโm so disappointed. I saw all the TikToks of how theyโre screwing people over, but decided to still give it a go. Not even two whole days before getting banned.

Deceptive
I signed up for Vinted using a referral link. Did exactly what was instructed. I listed quickly and they sold right away. I nor the lady who sent the referral link received the promised coupons. Both our accounts say $50 in coupons for referrals. That's not true. It's completely deceptive. The customer service is rude and disrespectful. They are only in it for money so they cut you out of the referral coupons. Their customer service is clearly not interested in helping. Do not count on those coupons. You won't get them.

Horrible
Terrible experience. This was my first time ever using Vinted, and my brand-new account was blocked without any explanation of what I supposedly did wrong. I contacted support, and they just gave me a generic response saying the decision was final. No specific reason, no real opportunity to appeal, and no explanation. Blocking a brand-new user and refusing to explain why is ridiculous. I will not use Vinted again.
