DO Not have Pay Pal!!!
I stopped Pay Pal a few months ago! I have let you know two times. I won’t be paying anything

POS APP! & Support. Gimmicky features. Cluttered junk app. 1 Big Advertisement
Doesn’t show reward redemption activity. Fizzled out app at all clicks within app. Read most recent reviews and decide for yourself or believe the fake algorithm apple uses to tally score!! Features in app fail to load. Pay in 4 has glitches at checkout. App freezes way to often. No way do you need access to my email for tracking packages. Probably a snoop and sell your data scheme!!!! Credit card is not seemless in app. App very cluttered and disorganized. Rewards have no useful function in app other than showing a number.

PayPal doesn’t like me
They banned all three of my accounts for no reason they’re run by AI and my business was ruined by PayPal Bandcamp only does business with PayPal and I think that they should stop doing business with them otherwise I cannot sell music PayPal ruined my music business would definitely not recommend this app at all I should sue them but I can’t PayPal was unfair to me for no reason, and I cannot appeal, the permanent bands, and I cannot move money, and I cannot transfer funds PayPal needs to be investigated by corporate per my case. I don’t know what it is about me that PayPal doesn’t like. But I swear I confirmed my identity and I got an email saying that PayPal has been permanently limited and there’s no way I can appeal the decision. Do not use this app. It’s heavily flawed use Cash App instead. Why would you give your legal ID Social Security card and legal address to PayPal anyway Cash App only needs your ID and they’re easier to use download Cash App now.

Ads in Notifications
Got a PayPal notification that was just an ad for a MasterCard. Not cool. Now I have to turn off notifications because the trust has been violated.

Worst App EVER
Had to keep verify and they don’t tell you that your account is restricted. Please for the sake of your on sanity do not use this app it is horrible and corrupted. (Note the 1 star rating was mandatory this app is 0 STARS)

New Update SUCKS
Your new update sucks balls. It’s all ads and extremely user unfriendly! So much so that I think I will be leaving to a different app.

Update Broke App Lock Again
once again, you updated your app, and you broke the lock feature!!! Please Fix!! iOS 26.7.1 and broke Rewards section!!!!

Where???
Terrible Update Who hides the “Get Paid” QR code under: “Pay” (not GET Paid), find the QR icon in the upper right corner, then select “Get Paid” out of this page where the option is in between “Scan to Pay” and “Show to Pay?” No one would ever look there, especially when the four original options are: •Home •Pay •Get Paid •Me! Whoever thought this up should be fired. PUT THE “GET PAID QR CODE” UNDER THE, I don’t know, “GET PAID” MENU CHOICE!!! Absolutely ridiculous. I lost so much time looking for it after the update and looking like a noob in front of a customer. Unbelievable! Fix this immediately, please.

Quit working
App quit letting me login. Tried reinstalling which did not help. Also been having issues with my account being hacked, mfa not working and recently spent a month disputing a charge that the hackers made. Starting to really dislike paypal.

Impossible loop
I’ve had to add my bank account 8 times and it still isn’t recognized when I try to send money to someone, this is an absolutely useless app wtf

Kept asking me to create a new password. I created a new password and tried to re-login, and again it ask me to create a new password

This update has ruined what was once an amazing product. We will be finding service provider after this lastest update.

New design is awful and broken
The only reason I have the app in the first place is the PayPal forces you to use it to manage their MasterCard. At least I could do that in the old app. New app is simply in service of pushing ads and partner promotions. Have been unable to access my cash back since the update, getting notifications every time I make a purchase that I can’t disable (pr even delete, as they reappear immediately), and no way to provide feedback at all in regards to the bugs and glitches. The appstore page’s own app support button just opens a website that’s a glorified ad for their busted app. I find fewer and fewer reasons to deal with PayPal every day, who had just one job; secure my online transactions. Absolute clown-shoes operation!

I loved PayPal and used it all the time but the newest update has me looking for an alternative. I haven’t even figured out how to logout!

When will PayPal learn that if it isn’t broken stop fixing it?!?
As a PayPal customer for 21+ years with an impeccable record, once again they are messing with the pay later portion of their site with this update, trying to force you to have a credit pull on your account simply for PayPal pay in four/pay later, Not pay monthly, mind you. What I loved was being able to see my preapproval status, and that way I knew what stores I could go to, online, and what I could purchase with no problems and check out with complete preapproval with PayPal pay in four/pay later. They have completely removed that. with this update, and this means that they have lost a 21+ gear customer, as this was the only thing I used PayPal for! I am becoming so disgusted with PayPal.
