i really love this app, okay? theres no problems with all the lessons. its just that i have logged in to khan, but it shows me "ready to learn" and the "sign in" button as if i downloaded it for the first time. i dont know if this is bug but i need khan for math class, theres no problem tho, they just need to fix this problem

It seems like everything is only about money. What is the point of this, then? People join Khan Academy because they want to gain knowledge and receive an education. But when someone logs in and sees that they have to pay, they are forced to leave without learning anything. Very disappointing. 😔 Your courses start at $12, but how can a poor person afford that much? Education should be accessible to everyone, not just those who can afford to pay. 💔

Annoying way to learn. The app has so many pop ups that you spend more time closing pop ups than you do learning and practicing. Other learning apps have better flow and design with minimal interruptions. This one creates more frustration than necessary. It's like swatting away flies constantly.

Could you please try a few basic troubleshooting steps? Oftentimes, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, disconnecting any idle devices from your network and closing any background apps on your device solve this issue.
