I really like the Winows App, however the android app its extremely frustrating to use as it crashes all the time - especially after an update. Will be switching platforms if it continues. Edit - the update hasn't resolved the issue.

Hi Ben,
There was an internal change in Android which caused our app to crash when opening certain emails. Our team was able to resolve the issue. If you update the app, things should be smooth again. Sorry for the unpleasant experience.

Willing to bump this back up to 5 stars when resolved - New design has come with some significant stuttering when viewing an email on my S24+. I've used the Android app since day one and unfortunately the redesign was a step back in performance for me. If I two-finger tap and then Expand the message, it becomes rather performant again. Inbox and splits all scroll really smoothly as well but the page I use most often to view a message is terrible

broken after upgrade. used to be well working and fast. after redesign, takes 25% battery while only running 20 min in foreground (3% before). phone heats up (s26 pro) and app crashes regularly. no answer from support after 3 days. please stop vibecoding and deliver actual working productivity software

โThe redesign is incredible and feels much more intuitiveโnavigating the app is easy. For me, the only missing piece is the Superhuman Command button on the bottom navigation bar next to Email, Calendar, and Search. I rely heavily on quick access to the Command bar, such as to open another folder or see which options are available on the current screen.

Don't install once you provide credentials it stops working. For all google account > linked apps > delete all connections with superhuman. not trustworthy

I LOVE this app. If you're looking for something that smartly sorts your emails, this is it. Superhuman helps me stay on task and I don't worry about wading through a sea of emails. Disappointed irs not an email app replacement and can't actually present you with the emails and attachments involved in the AI chat. Promising app but not there yet.

I love superhuman, but the app is terrible, crashes all the time, doesn't work so I'll be deleting it and just use the desktop version

Warning. this product has problems. it let me set up an account using my Google ID. Took my money for a subscription then told me my sign on was invalid. it took them three days to respond to a request for help. either it's a scam or they are idiots.

I wanted to use this app. Online reviews say it's good. When I load the only options are login with Google or Microsoft. I don't use either of those for my email. How short-sighted. Complete waste of my time.
