Taken three separate payments so far said they'd give back my money after the three re-attempts to get me some gift cards I could not get to at the time past 4 days tense now. Still haven't gotten my money back, not helpful whatsoever to even try and have a setting to seek out an actual operator of this scummy app.

I dont care if you just lost your leg, youre better off walking than paying for anything on this app, over priced , drivers are of the oil burner variety and they will mess up your 40$ order of 3 nuggets and half a hashbrown and then support will give you back 4 dollars in 3-10 business days

I had an issue with an order which required a refund. DoorDash uses AI for their customer service. That is a problem because DoorDash's AI was unable to understand what the issue was and, as a result, wasted a significant amount of my time. DoorDash's value proposition is that you can save time by paying extra for food. The time that was wasted by bad AI customer service bots, and incompetent AI phone agents destroyed the value of the services DoorDash offers.

Sleezy money hungry company practices (high prices, unnecessary fees, barriers to get in contact with an actual person, poor compensation for dashers, unequal payout for missing or completely damaged food, etc. etc.) Works fine most of the time--but you'll have to sell your soul to afford it haha.
