Please get rid of the AI. I don't have time to wait for it to write an summary on what I searched. Just show me the list of what I came for. Forcing it on me will only make me use this app less and less, as I have already started doing because none of my two day shipping items come in two days.

not happy. can't put on my tablet anymore, there's now phone number available for customer service and the Artificial Intelligence that now controls request for returns/refunds is dumber than a box of rocks.

they changed the app layout and now when you search something you get alexa AI search which is annoying because it tries to match what you previously have purchased or searched and you dont get to filter search results by prime delivery, price or five star reviews anymore which is a big deal.

I had a product that the driver didn't even try to deliver support told me the order was cancelled and that I will get a refund in 3-5 days then even though cancelled goes back out for delivery and the driver shows as 10 stops away I take my lunch from work early to make sure I am there and again doesn't try I call support and they say the order is cancelled and that I will get a refund in 3-5 days and if I manage to get the package I can still keep, no refund still but got the package, liars.

After using this app for a while, I can tell this is a horrible customer experience. Constant amazon prime ads and suggestions, high delivery prices, glitches in the ui. For making the money that they make, the app and the company itself are total garbage

Amazon is getting worse! Horrible sign in procedure, secure this and that with texts and emails that don't work, cancelling orders for no reason with funds in my bank account, some buttons in the app don't work, reaching customer service is atrocious, the humans, if you get one are bad, they send you links that don't work just to talk to them, useless.......Amazon's goin down, losing customers, good job Amazon, way to go !

Capability?? I'm confused as to why I can no longer have this app on my phone...first it kept crashing and freezing then I deleted it to re-download it and now it says it's not capatible with my phone I have a second phone that's much older and it's still able to be used with no problem. Can this be fixed??

Finde die App sehr schlecht. Bedienung ist nicht schรถn und es tauchen immer wieder Probleme auf z.B. wird seit drei Tagen jeden Tag die Zahlung fรผr eine Bestellung abgelehnt, weil ich die Zahlungsdaten bestรคtigen soll. Dann mach ich das und am nรคchsten Tag kommt ernwut dieselbe Meldung.

I love amazon but I took the 5 starts away because the last few months everything ive ordered has been delayed in delivery my next day turn into 2 days and my 2 days turn into 4 days its getting to the point that I dont want to order anything I need soon.

Everything about Amazon prime has decreased. Shipment times change even when you selected the 2 day shipping, quality control on products has decreased and the delivery of the product by the delivery drivers is atrocious, they never follow box instructions (this side up) or delivery instructions and constantly toss boxes and bags down. Amazon needs to fix what can be sold on its site and the training for the drivers.

At the moment aren't trying to view jackets.However, there is no picture, it's just black. I spoke to ruthus, who said I needed to update the app or clear cache.However it's still happening.
