Include a support chat button
I think it’s unprofessional enough for Gmail not to have a support chat, where a user can lodge complaints, post screenshots and engage supports to manually review an email address…. My email phone number verification has being banned for weeks and months now and I was told on the community to keep waiting and waiting, and till now nothing has being done to it… I try to find an email address I can mail Gmail support directly and I find none… this is unprofessional of you
The email is very important to me, because it’s my business email address, I have no access to my company account just because my email address was unaccessible
Links no longer work consistently in iOS27
Have to close the app and reopen and even then they will often only open with a long hold

Default filter Promotions vs Primary
I’ve missed soo many important emails before I realized that within this year someone google set the default folder to promotions and I have to change it to primary every other day!
Sending a Gmail
Gmail is great! But why did they change the format? When you send an email and open. The compose the cursor goes right to the content instead of the receiver. Dumb!!!!
It refuses my password
I can’t sign in because it tells me I have an incorrect password. I’m tire of changing passwords just for it to tell me it’s invalid.
It is VERY Frustrating to say the least. I’ve been working on this for a week. It tells me a code was sent to another number but the number it was sent to was not my number or any family member.
I deleted the app and it still goes to the Gmail app.

Could be amazing
It’s missing the ability to filter by “unread” which makes tracking down unread emails a job for the built in iOS mail app, and since Gmail won’t play nicely with Apple, the iOS app can only retrieve emails on a batch system instead of them coming through immediately so… disappointing
Mostly reliable, recent duplicate emails
Gmail has been solid for years. In the past month, viewing multiple inboxes shows duplicate emails. Unsure if support has actually acknowledged the issue or plans to fix it. Support forums have closed the threads about it.
Unable to download Gmail app after transferring to new iPhone 18 Pro
Please solve this issue in order for me to download and install Gmail in order to access my emails.
Limited due to bias
I get it, you want us to buy a Pixel. I will never do that. However at least leave in the features to turn on light mode even though the phone is in dark mode, and also to create and edit labels.
Use to be good
The last two times I ordered from your location. My hamburger meat has been cold and I don’t if you stopped toasting the buns , but disappointing I have to pay so much for your food and had threw out half of it because it didn’t taste good.
Search is garbage
Ever since they switched from the normal search to ai assisted search, it’s absolutely terrible. I try pulling up emails I know for a fact are there but it can’t find them. Guess I’m going back to the default iOS mail app or something else
Constant crashing
Crashing on one of my accounts whenever I open the app. Updated and reinstalled the app and restarted my phone doesn’t make a difference. Removed the account and readded no change. Fix pls
Get rid of the AI
Stop forcing me to look at ai slop in my emails. Stop suggesting replies, stop asking to summarize. GET YOUR SLOP OUT OF MY EMAILS
Mail disappears
All my mail disappeared- no way to get it back. I didn’t delete it or anything. My phone has all the latest updates.
Greed
My Gmail app got deleted don’t know how anyway tried to download an can’t due to a billing error I’ve tried getting it resolved through Apple no response can’t communicate through Email so basically this phone is useless to me over shady business practices saying 7 day free trial the 24 hr before trail is up charge you then say it’s fair because they reserve the right to do it when it should we are going to do this because we’re trying to get more money from you
Very disorganized for multiple accounts
If you use multiple email accounts in the app, the experience is a disaster. I find it very inconvenient that everything gets jumbled together and there are no clear, independent boundaries for each profile's correspondence. It is easy to lose track of important emails or accidentally send messages from the wrong account. It urgently needs much clearer and more distinct separation between accounts.
Duplicate emails
Please fix the duplicate email issue that started a couple of days ago. Every new email I get on the app is coming through twice and at the same time. It isn’t reflected on the web, just the app. The recent update hasn’t resolved it.
