Scheduled ride scam

Drivers are accepting scheduled rides and driving to the destination and marking them complete upon arrival. I had a scheduled ride to O’Hare and my driver never arrived, and marked the ride as complete and I was charged.

Josh Is Awesome

For some crazy reason 2 drivers were supposed to come to pick us up and never showed up. Then my phone died. We were 2 miles from our hotel, tired and have a 4.82 rating yet didn’t get picked up. Josh saved us and was awesome. We tipped him more than double the fare. He is in Minneapolis!

Canceled scheduled rides

What is the point of scheduling a ride if the driver can cancel at the time of pickup? No refund, no credit, person getting picked up has to pay market price at the time, and that’s if there is an available driver after starting all over on the search. This has happened to me and friends on more than one occasion. Please don’t offer the service if there is no benefit to a rider who is canceled on, or penalty for a driver who cancels on a pre-SCHEDULED pickup.

First ever uber order

This was my first ever uber request. My job sent me to a small town location. I arrived on a Sunday & I couldn’t get a rental. I had to looked up or research how to get a uber. Once I downloaded the app. It was kind of easy. I had a 3 hour lay over in Chicago. I was playing with the app to see what I would need to do. One of the prompts on the app asked if I wanted to reserve a ride. I didn’t know I could do. But once I did the app said my car/driver would be waiting once my flight arrived. The driver was sure nuff there when I did land. My first experience was great and the driver was great. My mind is a little more at ease.

It works when it wants to

I travel the world a lot, sometimes it works and most of the time it doesn’t. I’ll be stuck in the middle of no where trying to get a uber and it will not work. Customer support is the worst will not get anything resolved. What’s worse I’m forced to take a taxi where I get ripped off.
