Alexa AI is HOT GARBAGE
I hate the AI and can't turn off this trash. Nonody wants this stupid ai search garbage crammed into every app there is. Just, why? Forced trash. Cancelling Prime and switching to Walmart+

Mostly good
Very convenient, especially when you only need a thing or two with no rush. But ill never buy shoes on here again. We bought a pair and received a size too big. We returned them and didn’t get our refund. No response from the resolution department. I didn’t keep my return receipt. So i have no proof of my return.
No actual prime benefits
The deliveries take at least a week now even with prime membership. Horrible service

Please Make it Easier to Access Followers’ Pages!
Amazon, please make it easier to access followers’ pages! I should not have to spend several minutes looking up instructions on how to locate it because it’s not easily accessible! The app is great otherwise…but please make things like this easier to access!
Its gotten out of hand
The AI feature while searching for stuff is new and needs to go. I don’t want Alexa to try to help me with shopping. I can’t disable it. And the paranoia that Amazon now has that they won’t give an itemized receipt when shopping is insane (it’s only generalized).

Current app update is very slow and glitchy. Long time to check orders and pull returns history. Please fix.
They think you’re stupid
Instead of showing actual search results on things I want to buy, now it immediately goes to some Ai to tell me what to buy??? I think I’m smart enough to see the search results myself and decide instead of some AI telling me what to buy. Horrible change I hate it.
Stop guaranteeing delivery.
No same, no next day, no two day. Every item I order is delayed. I will not be renewing my prime membership after almost 2 decades.

Very bad service on delivery . Everything is going through the usps . Had last 3 deliveries late. I will quit using Amazon . Delivery really been slow lately. I can go to the store and get it same price and receive it in a timely manner
No way to disable Alexa for shopping
Can’t accurately search for what you want anymore, the app forces Alexa/AI search results. Absolute BS
Easy to use; confirmation emails too vague and not safe to just click
Amazon now sends their order confirmation emails with a vague description. To ensure that what is being ordered is valid, you are asked to click a link. That email and link are too easy to turn into spam and expose users to a high risk of being scammed.

I ordered leggings that I needed for Monday and it said it was going to come today(Sunday) but when I check the app it says it was coming in Tuesday
Worthless
Amazon has made it impossible to get customer service. Everything is done through an AI chat bot that is worthless.
Spontaneously Closes
Since the last update, anytime I try to clear the app cache on my iPhone or iPad the app suddenly closes without clearing the cache. It also lags really bad, scrolling gets messed up when you click to view an item page and then go back to the search results. These are all new issues that popped up during one of the recent updates, it's incredibly annoying
Packages
Stop delaying my packages you stupid company, it’s been 5 days and you keep saying it’s going to be here my tomorrow and then it gets delayed. If it delays 1 more time I will get active on you guys.
