Customer service
Seller ripp off
If you win a card for a low bid and a seller decides not to send it to you …. You have no rights here maybe just a. Refund to what you paid but the won value is lost …. Nothing you can do about and the seller can bann you and stop you from writing a review about the situation ….mavrix_tcg is the sellers tag still has a 5.0 rating with great reviews but he wouldn’t let tell my story and basically stole what I bought from him fair and square

Rigged giveaways
Watch closely only big buyers and most of the time other sellers win on the giveaways and the game wheels was in a chat where a seller won 6 of the 10 envelopes be careful spending your money expecting to get appreciated with a giveaway it will most likely go to another seller or big spender

Terrible
I have found a few nice sellers. Most of them are rude and yell if they feel the price is too low. Also I bought a wallet and the zipper was broken. It was a brand new wallet and I got no help from the seller or Whatnot!! Will not be buying anything from here anymore!!

Worst platform I’ve ever encountered for shopping
This platform attempted to charge my card twice for a transaction and then they used the wrong address, even though the shipping address was updated on the App. They have no interest in protecting buyers who patronize merchants on the platform... poor customer service. I do not recommend shopping here.

Undelivered items
I heard good things about this app, but unfortunately, I ordered four things and did not receive any of them and there was very little communication on what was going on. all in all horrible experience with the whole app.
