Keeps location on FOREEVER
The app will literally keep location on for 12 hours. Once the order is done TURN off location. I have to force kill the app for it to stop with location!!!

App broken
Updated the app and now it is saying all locations are closed and I cannot place an order.

They rip off our points
So I had 3,950 credit and I only used 1500 credit when I go look all my credit gone this happen 3 time already stop steal our credit

Buggy Coupons
If you go to use any of the coupons/deals and then close out of the app for any reason, even if you didn’t place an order at all, the app thinks you used them and locks you out of using it or another for 15 min. Super disappointing but not surprised in the least that a billion dollar company has to do lockouts for taking $2 off your order.

Delicious deals but buggy service
When I report in to an establishment I try to grab a deal only for your app to malfunction and require me to set location to always even though ITS ALREADY SET TO THAT fix this issue

Where’s my 5000 points for new registration. ?
Well, you advertise 5000 for new registration, I registered, & allowed notifications, which I never do, & will be changing that as soon as I’m done here. I go back to look, & I have zero points. You shouldn’t advertise something you’re NOT going to do. It’s extremely tacky. Matter a fact, I’m changing my review to 2 stars. Sorry McDonalds, But, DO BETTER. !!!

You think youre gonna save a lot of money until they tell you that your code doesnt work every time you go even though you just pulled it up while sitting in the drive thru. Straight booty

Ability to swap
Would you please add the ability to swap items? Example - swap out the folded egg for the round egg without having to be charged extra for the egg? That would make things so much nicer for breakfast orders.

App won’t open
I’ve uninstalled the app and reinstalled it 3 times and the app still won’t open ‼️

Convoluted & Contrived
Don’t bother trying to submit a complaint or ask for assistance through this app. Their fancy app doesn’t have the ability to keep a record of transactions and they’ll automatically close your case in 72 hours without doing anything because they need you to fill out all the information you already did, but now via email, before a human being will look at what you wrote the first time. All I was trying to do was report that their app had a bug, adding 2 fries when you try to use their 1 free fries offer, forcing you to pay for an order of fries that you didn’t request. How was I rewarded? By being sent three emails saying they were ignoring my request unless I type everything up again. What a horrible app.

Privacy nightmare
Aggressively pushing algorithmic prices and deals at you in an attempt to shape behavior. I’d noticed it, but after the wired and other pieces I read I can’t stop seeing it. I’d rather delete my account and go somewhere else. They offer you app deals for a reason. Because they can manipulate you with your data. Go elsewhere.

No Refunds in App
The reason I am giving one star is because I find it ridiculous and suspiciously intentional that there is no way to get a refund on missing or incorrect items in the app. They could very easily make this a feature but it feels like a way to intentionally take money from customers by making it difficult for them to get a refund. You have to call the store directly to get help from a team member, completely going out of your way for a refund that could easily happen on the app.

Codes
Good deals but way to often the codes don’t work. Even though the app will say they got the code the worker will say it’s not working. So in turn you have used the code but the worker didn’t see it so you get no deal! This had happen more then 7 times.

Menu
The complete menu needs to be available in the app, without first having to select order for delivery or order for pick up. Sometimes we just want to know what is available at a specific restaurant, before deciding whether or not to go there.
