I cannot view a lot of videos from a course which I downloaded for offline viewing. Now I receive the error: Download expired It's been over 30 days since you downloaded this lecture. Connect to the internet to renew expired downloads. I tried all the advice from the internet without success.
their 30 days money back guarantee is misleading to lure you to buy the course. I bought a course and watched about 10 short videos out of 400, and I was not following the instructor, so I requested for money back and their platform did not allow me for that. also, I raised a ticket about a month ago and there is absolutely no update. Wasted my money buying the course. Be careful while buying the course. they will not refund your money.

worst user experience the application doesn't work properly on smartphone and sometimes on browser aswell
Great app for learning skills 🎊✨
This service has been overrun by AI. The chat and help center could not answer any questions and the AI chat absolutely refused to refer me to a person. it took me weeks to reach a real person. In an earlier review, they addressed me as Josh. They either can't read or literally not a single human is managing this product.

Please fix this issue. where in between videos, the playback stopped and it's saying " we are unable to play this video. if problem process try accessing this lecture from your computer" Then what is the use of downloading the app.... This is really frustrating, please fix the issue at the earliest possible time.

Best app for learning with great value for money. The app provided various courses that enhanced my field of studies at very low cost. Once you purchase a course it will be there in your account for life. one feature that I like the most is the app allows you to write notes at a specific time stamp of the video.

Udemy makes it impossible to cancel your subscription from mobile. It will say canceled, but not send an email confirmation and charges the card anyway. The lessons are good, but now I'm stuck with two accounts, one through work and the account they wouldn't let me cancel. Edit: I did reach out to support for the erroneous charge and they didn't help me.
