By accessing or using AI Girlfriend, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

AI Girlfriend is an entertainment application that allows users to interact with AI-powered virtual companions. The app provides:

• Conversational AI chat experiences
• Multiple AI girlfriend characters with unique personalities
• Photo galleries and profile information
• Premium features available through subscription

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use the App for any commercial purposes without our consent
• Share, distribute, or publicly display content from the App without permission

5. 購読と支払い

AI Girlfriend offers auto-renewable subscription options:

• Monthly Subscription: $9.99 per month
• Yearly Subscription: $59.99 per year (50% savings)

Subscription details:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited upon purchase of a subscription

All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, AI characters, and software, is the property of Caitty and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our App or its content without our express written permission.

7. AI 生成コンテンツ

The conversations and interactions in AI Girlfriend are generated by artificial intelligence. You understand and acknowledge that:

• AI responses are generated algorithmically and may not always be accurate or appropriate
• AI characters are fictional and do not represent real individuals
• We are not responsible for the specific content of AI-generated responses
• The App is intended for entertainment purposes only

8. 保証の否認

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. 責任の制限

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CAITTY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. 終了

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

11. 規約の変更

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. 準拠法

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Caitty operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
