1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Find Girlfriend, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility — 18+

Find Girlfriend is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the app. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement. In-app purchases require a valid Apple Account.

3. Description of Service

Find Girlfriend is an AI companion app where you can browse a feed of AI-generated characters, like and follow them, chat, receive voice replies, and make live voice calls. All characters, portraits, and voices are entirely AI-generated and fictional — they are not real people, and any resemblance to real persons is coincidental. AI replies are entertainment, not the statements of a real person, and should not be interpreted as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

4. In-App Purchases

• Stars & Unlocks: Some characters and features can be unlocked with Stars earned through normal use or purchased through the App Store.
• Premium: Optional subscriptions renew automatically through your Apple Account until cancelled in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
• Virtual Currency & Items: Stars and any unlocked content are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no real-world value. Purchased items can only be used inside Find Girlfriend.
• Refunds: All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple under their published refund policy.
• Pricing: Prices are shown in your local currency at the time of purchase and may change.

5. User-Generated Characters

You may create characters and choose to share them publicly. When you share, the character's name, profile, and portrait become visible to other users. You agree that:

• You own or have the rights to any content you upload, including portraits.
• You will not impersonate or share private information about real, non-public living individuals without their consent.
• Shared content must not depict minors, be hateful, illegal, deceptive, or infringing.
• We may review, hide, or remove shared characters that violate these Terms or applicable law.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use Find Girlfriend for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to generate content involving minors — this results in immediate termination
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source code or assets
• Bypass paid features or in-app purchase requirements
• Interfere with the operation of our chat, voice, catalog, or ad services

7. AI-Generated Content

All characters and their replies are fictional and AI-generated, and may occasionally be inaccurate or out of character. Find Girlfriend does not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or tone of any individual reply. AI companions are entertainment and are not a substitute for real relationships, therapy, or professional advice.

8. Intellectual Property

All app content — including character portraits, copy, voices, and the Find Girlfriend name and logo — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. Character portraits are AI-generated images of people who do not exist.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Find Girlfriend at any time, with or without notice, including for violations of these Terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Find Girlfriend is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Find Girlfriend.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after the "Last updated" date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Caitty is established, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
