English Speaking is a language learning application that helps users practice and improve their English pronunciation through:

• Voice recording and playback
• AI-powered pronunciation scoring
• Progress tracking and analytics
• Curated learning content

3. User Account and Subscriptions

Some features require a Premium subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable subscription fee
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Manage your subscription through Apple's App Store settings

4. Subscription Terms

• Free Trial: If offered, begins upon starting a subscription and ends after the specified trial period.
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or yearly).
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.
