Safety Standards
Last updated: April 6, 2026
At AI Boyfriend ("we", "our", or "us"), we are committed to the safety of all users and maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This page outlines our standards, policies, and practices to prevent, detect, and respond to CSAE content and behavior on our platform.
1. Zero-Tolerance Policy
We strictly prohibit any content, behavior, or activity that involves, promotes, or facilitates child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This includes but is not limited to:
- Any sexual or exploitative content involving minors
- Grooming or solicitation of minors
- Sharing, distributing, or requesting child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Any attempt to use the app to contact, solicit, or exploit minors
- Content that sexualizes minors in any way, including fictional or AI-generated content
2. Age Restrictions
Our app is rated 17+ and is strictly intended for adult users only. We enforce the following measures:
- The app is listed as age 17+ on all app stores
- Users must confirm they are of legal age to use the app
- AI characters in the app are designed and represented as adults only
- Any attempt to create or simulate interactions involving minors is strictly prohibited
3. Content Moderation and AI Safety
We employ multiple layers of safety measures to prevent CSAE content:
- AI Content Filters: Our AI systems are designed with built-in safety filters that prevent the generation of any content involving minors in sexual or exploitative contexts
- Prompt Filtering: User inputs are monitored for patterns that may indicate attempts to generate CSAE content, and such requests are blocked automatically
- Regular Audits: We conduct regular reviews and audits of our AI models and content filters to ensure they remain effective against evolving threats
- Safety-by-Design: Child safety is integrated into every stage of our product development lifecycle
4. Reporting Mechanisms
We encourage all users to report any suspected CSAE content or behavior. Reports can be made through:
- In-App Reporting: Use the report function available within the app to flag concerning content or behavior
- Email: Contact us directly at [email protected] with details of the concern
All reports are treated with the highest priority and investigated promptly.
5. Response and Enforcement
When CSAE content or behavior is identified, we take immediate action:
- Immediate Removal: Any identified CSAE content is removed immediately upon detection
- Account Termination: Users found to be engaging in or attempting CSAE-related activity will have their accounts permanently terminated without notice
- Law Enforcement Reporting: We report all confirmed or suspected CSAE incidents to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities as required by law
- Evidence Preservation: We preserve relevant data and evidence to assist law enforcement investigations
